LEADTEK do 100% material inspection during casting to make sure the CF8 or CF8M. The Mill Test report will be provided before the shipment.
BSPT/BSPP/NPT/G/SW/BW connections
LEADTEK can produce the thread according to customers' requirement with all type of thread. For example, BS21(BSPT, BSP), ANSI/ASME B1.20.1(NPT), DIN2999(R/RP), JIS B0203/2(PT) etc.
Lockable/Butterfly handle
The handle can be with lockable or without lock.
Pressure and Temperature
The usage pressure is PN16 and temperature is -20℃~150℃.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?    

A: All the process are produced by ourselves. Each process has a inspection team. Each workshop has 1-2 routing inspection people. Material test, dimension test, thread test and pressure test are necessary.

Q: What is the delivery time of mould design, casting parts and machining finished parts?

A: In general, mould making time is 7-15 days base on the design of mould, sample making time is 20-30 days, machining finished parts lead time is 1-3 days, testing lead time is 1-3 days.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A: We have a 6000 ㎡ warehouse to support small order to send 1-7days. It usually takes about 45-60 days to produce an order with 40HQ container. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.
